Itthisak, also known as TT to most, grew up in a family where cooking Thai food was a part of everyday life. He went to culinary school in San Francisco and has worked at ┬áthe Grand Cafe in San Francisco, and eventually became a chef at Branson High School in Ross, CA, where he was able to broaden his experience by creating whatever he pleased with organic and natural ingredients. Specializing in Thai food is his main focus, but he loves to experiment with other cultures. Ninna Restaurant is his first restaurant and the concept is “A different taste of Thai”, where you will definitely taste the Thai flavors, but also a twist of fusion.
